Ben has been in sales and marketing since leaving university. He began in radio sales for Global before moving to London to work for Sky for eight years, specialising in digital and TV advertising and working with agencies and clients to strategise, plan and activate campaigns. Ben also managed Sky’s advertising-operations team and earlier planned and booked Sky’s own marketing campaigns to the tune of £80M a year, giving him a rounded view of marketing from both client and media-owner sides.

Scott is the creative foundation of Digitally Charged’s visual identity. With more than two decades in the motorcycle industry, he specialises in motorcycle corporate identity, branding, design and visual storytelling for manufacturers, dealerships and accessories brands. His expertise also includes finance regulations within motorcycle advertising, digital and print design, packaging and large-scale campaign visuals.

Mark works primarily within Surface Works, where his day-to-day focus is vehicle protection, customer experience and the practical running of the business. Senior Graphic DesignerGlynn Reynolds
Glynn joined Digitally Charged in May 2023, having worked in design since 2000. He creates work that is visually strong while communicating clearly, covering static website creative, animated HTML5 advertising and print design from logos through to large-scale billboards. His skills include typography, colour, layout and industry-standard design software with a strong focus on understanding each client’s needs.

Sandra joined the team in 2019 after taking early retirement from Lloyds Banking Group, where she enjoyed a long career in Corporate Banking in the City of London. She looks after the financial side of Digitally Charged, including invoicing, payments and general bookkeeping, bringing strong banking and finance knowledge, accurate numeracy, customer-service experience and excellent organisational skills.

Her experience with worldwide motorcycle brands includes supporting dealerships across the UK and working alongside global distributors. She brings strong client communication, web-content, project-management and customer-service skills with an understanding of the motorcycle customer journey from start to finish.

Millie began in the motorcycle industry after leaving school, shortly after completing her digital-marketing apprenticeship. Having grown up around motorcycle racing, she developed experience within the dealer network while remaining involved in British motorcycle racing, Moto3 and beyond. She was beyond excited to resurrect SuperBike, bringing the brand back to life through digital content, social media and track-side action.
