High-intent forms
We build forms around the action the client needs, test rides, sales enquiries, registrations, sign-ups or dealer contact. Qualification questions and campaign signals help improve lead quality before handover.
Lead generation
We build motorcycle and automotive lead generation campaigns that give potential buyers a clear reason to enquire and send the useful detail to the right sales team. For manufacturers, distributors and dealers, that might mean a product enquiry, launch registration, test ride or sales appointment. The offer, advertising and follow-up need to work together.
The buying decision
A rider asking about a demonstrator next Saturday needs a different response from someone researching their first motorcycle. We help define the information that makes an enquiry useful: model interest, preferred dealer, location and the action requested. Questions should earn their place in the form. Too many can put people off; too few leave sales teams guessing. For motorcycle lead generation, licence category and riding needs can be useful questions when they affect the suitability of the offer.
For a manufacturer launch, we can connect national advertising with local dealer pages and agreed routing rules. For an automotive retailer, the destination might feature available stock and an appointment request. Before launch, the receiving team needs an owner for each enquiry, a practical response process and a way to record what happened next. These are planning examples, with the final scope agreed around your systems.
How we build it
Before choosing Meta, Google, display, YouTube or OpenAI, we define the customer we actually need to reach. That might be a rider researching an adventure bike, an existing owner ready to change, somebody comparing finance, a dealer prospect, or a customer who has already watched a relevant review.
We then build the audience using the signals that fit that target: search intent, video viewing, contextual content, website behaviour, CRM data, social engagement, geography, relevant categories and conversational topics.
What the work involves
We start with the problem that needs solving, then choose the method that fits it.
We build forms around the action the client needs, test rides, sales enquiries, registrations, sign-ups or dealer contact. Qualification questions and campaign signals help improve lead quality before handover.
Enquiries can be passed into client systems, email workflows or controlled sheets so sales teams do not need to hunt through advertising-platform menus.
Where converted-lead or sales-stage data can appropriately be returned to the platform, optimisation can learn from successful customers rather than form fills alone.
Meta, Google, website forms, display and retargeting can all support the same lead objective with the route chosen around audience behaviour.
Previous form interaction or site engagement can support later follow-up where consent and platform rules allow.
Across the media plan
Each channel tells us something different. We connect those signals rather than treating each platform as a separate campaign.
Qualified leads
A cheap lead is not automatically a good lead. We look at what happened before the enquiry, which audience produced it, which message brought the customer in and whether the resulting lead has genuine commercial value.
That means campaign optimisation can move away from simply buying more form fills and toward the audiences, media and messages that create the strongest customer opportunities.
Where possible, we also connect campaign data back to downstream actions such as dealer contact, test rides, finance engagement, quotation requests or sales outcomes so the media can learn from more than the first click.
Retargeting
If someone watches a review on YouTube, visits a model page, looks at finance and later returns through Meta, those interactions should inform what happens next wherever the platform and permissions allow.
Retargeting simply means using that previous interest to make the next advert more relevant. The objective is not to follow people around the internet indefinitely. It is to stop treating an interested customer like a complete stranger.
Cost per enquiry is a starting point. We also want to understand contactable leads, appointments, attended test rides and sales where the client can supply that information. Dealer lead generation becomes easier to improve when rejected enquiries carry a useful reason, such as the wrong territory or an unavailable model. Reporting should distinguish confirmed CRM outcomes from advertising-platform estimates.

Our published Ducati Finance project shows how model information, a dedicated finance destination and onward customer actions can be brought together. It is a practical example of the web and integration work that supports an enquiry campaign.
