Privacy
Clear information about your data.
This page explains the information this website may collect, why it is used and the choices available to visitors.
Who is responsible for your information?
Digitally Charged Ltd is responsible for the personal information we use to answer enquiries and manage client relationships. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 10930582, at 7 St John Street, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG18 1QH, United Kingdom. For privacy questions, email digital@digitally-charged.com.
Website enquiries
Our contact form is hosted on this website. It collects your name, work email, enquiry details and confirmation that we may respond. You can also provide your organisation, telephone number, markets, services of interest, budget, timing and how you found us. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not include customer databases, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Cloudflare processes the form submission and delivers the enquiry by email to Ben and Chris at Digitally Charged. We use the details to answer your request, discuss a suitable scope and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The form does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.
Why we use this information
We use business enquiry information for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and managing commercial relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, that may also provide a lawful basis. Information needed for legal or accounting obligations is handled on that basis. Where optional analytics or advertising technology requires consent, we use your cookie choice.
Security checks and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and supplies Turnstile, which checks for automated abuse using technical information such as IP address and browser signals. Cloudflare Email delivers form messages, and our email provider processes them in our business inboxes. If you choose live chat, Tawk processes the conversation; WhatsApp processes messages sent through its service. Please review those providers' privacy information when using their channels.
Some technology providers operate internationally and may process information outside the UK. Applicable provider terms and lawful transfer safeguards govern those arrangements. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Keeping your information
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond, follow up a relevant business discussion or manage a client relationship. Retention also takes account of legal, accounting and dispute requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Contact us if you would like your enquiry reviewed or removed, subject to any obligations that require us to retain it.
Analytics and advertising cookies
Google Tag Manager manages measurement tags used on this website. Eligible analytics and advertising tags depend on your consent choices. Cookiebot provides the consent interface and the declaration below. You can review or withdraw optional consent using Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing it does not affect earlier lawful processing. Browser controls can also remove stored cookies.

Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use, object to processing or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Send requests to digital@digitally-charged.com. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant authority in your country.
