The Jotform-style form currently shown on the Contact page is an interactive design demonstration. It does not submit, transmit or store the information entered. You can move through the steps to review the proposed visitor experience, but no enquiry is created.

You can contact Digitally Charged directly by email or telephone. Information sent through those channels will be handled by the relevant communications provider and by Digitally Charged so we can respond to the enquiry. Please do not send personal rider or customer data, passwords or confidential campaign information during an initial approach.

Before a live hosted form is enabled, this notice will be updated to identify the form provider, the information collected and the relevant processing, transfer and retention arrangements.

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics and measurement tools to understand website performance, traffic sources and interactions. Where consent is required, non-essential cookies should only be used after that consent has been given. You can use your browser controls to remove or block cookies.

Our AI-search intelligence service is described separately from this website privacy notice. It works with approved, aggregated topic and question signals rather than names, account details, private chat histories or raw personal conversation transcripts.
